At Breez's PokeMart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
📩 To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions from there.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Opened booster boxes, packs, or sealed collectibles

Sale or clearance items
-
Digital products (if applicable)

Gift cards
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. (Note: if a product is damaged when we received it, we will notify you)
🌍 International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs, and import taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
